4 tenets that guide me in everything I do

1 | Never be outworked.

My favorite basketball player, Michael Jordan, once said “Everybody has talent, but ability takes hard work.”

While I pride myself on creating efficiency, when I face a problem, I am determined to find a solution, no matter what it takes.

2 | Respect a deadline.

I will always work up front to establish what’s realistic. Through my experience working with clients and developing RFP responses, I have a maniacal dedication to deadlines.

3 | Never stop learning.

There’s always something new to learn. Whether I’m walking through new CSS features and tutorials, playing with the newest features in Adobe Creative Cloud or digging deep into a data set, I’m always looking for the next concept to level up my toolbox.

4 | Surprise and delight.

My goal is to always surprise and delight my partners by doing more than expected.
